应用案例一:驾乘舱供暖——没有发动机余热的冬天如何取暖?

传统痛点: 燃油车冬天靠发动机的废热供暖,几乎是“零成本”。但电动车没有发动机,取暖必须完全依赖电池的电能。传统的风暖PTC方案耗电极快,会严重缩短车辆续航里程(俗称“续航骨折”)。

PTC解决方案:
现代电动汽车的空调系统普遍采用PTC水加热器风暖PTC的组合方案。

  1. PTC水加热器(主流方案): 它将一个高效的PTC发热模块浸入密封的金属水槽中。冷却液流经水槽,被PTC加热后,再通过水泵输送到车内的暖风芯体,像传统汽车一样为驾乘舱提供温暖。

    • 优势: 加热均匀,体感舒适,无异响,并且可以与电池热管理系统联动,实现热量分配。

  2. 辅助风暖PTC: 在极寒天气或急需快速升温时,作为辅助加热单元,在空气进入驾驶舱前直接对其进行加热,实现“秒热”。

    • 核心优势: 无论哪种形式,安全都是第一位的。PTC固有的自限温特性,完全避免了在复杂汽车电子系统中因故障而导致的过热风险,这是高压平台下无可替代的优势。

应用案例二:电池组热管理——守护电动汽车的“心脏”

电池的性能、寿命和安全极度依赖温度。电池最佳工作温度通常在15-35℃之间。寒冷天气会导致电池活性下降,充电慢、续航短;炎热天气则需冷却。

PTC的精准角色:电池加热器。

  1. 低温预热: 在寒冷环境下,电池包温度过低时,电池管理系统(BMS)会启动PTC水加热器(与座舱供暖可能是同一套,也可能是独立的)。它加热冷却液,然后通过电池包底部的液冷板循环,均匀地为所有电芯加热,使其快速达到高效的工作温度。

  2. 智能协同: 整个过程由BMS精确控制。一旦温度达到理想范围,PTC的功率会自动调节或关闭,避免能源浪费。这与热泵空调、液冷系统等协同工作,构成了高效、精准的热管理生态。
