Product Description
The stainless steel NTC temperature sensor is an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor temperature probe enclosed in a stainless steel housing. It combines the high sensitivity of the NTC thermistor with the excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of stainless steel, making it a durable temperature sensing device widely used in complex industrial environments. Its core operating principle is to accurately detect temperature by measuring the change in resistance, which decreases exponentially with increasing temperature.

Features
High Sensitivity and Accuracy
NTC thermistors have a high temperature coefficient (typically -3% to -6%/°C) within the normal temperature range, enabling rapid detection of small temperature changes and providing high measurement accuracy.
Rugged and Durable Stainless Steel Housing
Encapsulated in stainless steel materials such as 304 and 316, they offer excellent corrosion, high pressure, and abrasion resistance, making them suitable for use in humid, corrosive, or high-pressure environments (such as temperature measurement in liquid or gaseous media).
Various Packages and Configurations
Offering threaded mounting options (e.g., M6×1, M8×1.2), armored, and probe-type configurations, they support customized dimensions and lead lengths to suit diverse installation scenarios.
Excellent Sealing and Protection Rating
Typically offering IP67 or higher protection, they effectively prevent the intrusion of moisture, dust, and chemical media, ensuring long-term stable operation.
Wide Temperature Measurement Range
Standard models support a measurement range of -50°C to +200°C (some special models offer extended temperature ranges).
Fast Response Time: Due to the excellent thermal conductivity of the stainless steel housing, the sensor responds quickly to temperature changes (typically within a few seconds to over ten seconds).
