Features
Our PTC heaters have the following advantages: long service life, affordable price, low energy consumption, and automatic temperature control. Its outstanding feature is its performance. When it is powered on and reaches a certain temperature, its anode increases sharply. At this time, its heating power will drop sharply and almost stop heating. After a period of time, when its temperature drops below the value due to heat dissipation, the anode decreases sharply again and it starts to continue heating to maintain the temperature.
★PTC ceramic heaters are inexpensive and have a long service life. They do not require dedicated temperature controllers or temperature sensors like resistance thermocouples for feedback. Their temperature regulation relies on the inherent properties of their materials, resulting in a lifespan far exceeding that of other heaters. Under normal conditions, their lifespan can reach over 10 years.
★PTC ceramic heaters produce less pollution. The heater body is designed to heat to temperatures below 260 degrees Celsius. Under any circumstances, they will not produce the red-hot "burning" phenomenon seen in heating elements like electric heating tubes or wires, thus eliminating the risk of fire.
★PTC ceramic heaters consume less energy. While PTC heaters and traditional heaters consume the same amount of electricity at the same power output, PTC heaters convert electrical energy into heat more efficiently, producing more heat. Conversely, for the same heat output, traditional heaters consume more energy than PTC heaters. Therefore, PTC ceramic heaters consume less energy.

Application
It is mainly used in air conditioners, hot air curtains, dehumidifiers, dryers, clothes dryers, warm air heaters, automobiles and other equipment that require warm air.

Instructions for Use
Voltage: AC220V
Outlet Temperature: After stable operation, the outlet temperature will reach a maximum of approximately 100°C.
Safety: The heat sink surface is insulated, non-conductive, and does not glow red.
Usage: Requires a 3-6 m/s fan. 50mm wide PTC units can be externally controlled, while 75mm wide units can be internally controlled. Multiple PTC units should be connected in parallel, not in series.Applications: Fan heaters, space heaters, duct heaters, air conditioning auxiliary heating, etc.
